FAQs

What types of therapy do you offer?

I use a blend of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) in my practice. These approaches are proven to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve lasting change.

What do you treat?

Some of the core areas I can help you with are Depression, Anxiety, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Addictions, Trauma (particularly intergenerational and family trauma), and Relationship issues. I do not specialize in or see clients experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviours. I also do not work with clients with personality disorders or eating disorders. If you are experiencing any of these issues, I am not the clinician for you.

How much does each session cost?

Individual therapy sessions are competitively priced at £90 per session, while couples therapy sessions are £110 per session. Longer sessions are prorated at an hourly rate, ensuring you receive the most value for your investment in your mental health.

How many sessions might be needed?

Whether you prefer a structured approach or a more flexible arrangement, I tailor the therapy experience to meet your needs. Choose from packages of 8-12 sessions or opt for an open-ended arrangement with periodic check-ins to ensure we're addressing your evolving needs effectively. Following our initial assessment session, I'll typically recommend the most suitable session frequency and duration for your specific needs.

Do you offer remote or face-to-face therapy?

I currently offer virtual therapy only. This means that you can access therapy conveniently from anywhere with online therapy sessions, and enjoy the flexibility of receiving support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
