A step by step guide to starting therapy

  • Check the availability of slots by using the contact form above or writing to me at therapywithraisa@gmail.com. I will respond within 48 hours.

    If there’s no availability, and you wish to wait for an opening, I’ll send you the waitlist form.

    IIf there is an availability, we’ll set up a free 15-minute video call to collaboratively explore your therapy needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

  • I will request you to let me know how you want to proceed within 24 hours from our initial call. During this period, you can email me any questions or concerns you may have.

    
If you decide not to proceed, you can request me for a referral.

    If we agree to proceed with therapy, I will send you the calendar booking link and essential paperwork.

  • Using the calendar booking page, book up to four slots in advance (no upfront payment required). We will decide on a specific day and time to meet every week.

    You will be asked to commit to a block of 4 sessions. You don’t have to pay upfront and have the flexibility to cancel up to 24 hours before the session.

  • The initial 15-minute intro call is free

  • Each therapy session is charged at £90 and lasts for 50 minutes

  • Sessions are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 AM - 7 PM

  • All sessions are online

  • I am currently registered with AXA, WPA, Cigna, and Aviva
