I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I’m multilingual and speak English and Hindi.
As a cis-gender woman born and raised in India, and now living in London, I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals from similar backgrounds. Over the last decade, I have worked in different settings both in India and the UK and most recently worked as the Lead Psychologist and Head of Department at a prominent London hospital.

Specialisations
As an experienced psychologist, I specialize in treating individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, loss, and intergenerational trauma. I currently offer therapy for adults only (18+) and with special offerings for ethnic minorities in the UK, particularly within the South Asian Diaspora.

I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist. As a licensed clinical psychologist I have met all the strictly regulated standards of proficiency and training equivalence. I also maintain fitness to practice by engaging in regular CPD and have a professional duty of care, as well as having a responsibility to practice within my profession's strict legal and ethical boundaries.
